Terms of use
By using Exosphere you agree to these terms. They are written to be short and readable.
Last updated: 24 October 2026. This text describes how the software handles data. It is a good-faith summary, not legal advice.
Using Exosphere
Exosphere is for personal and family use. You are responsible for the content you add and for keeping your sign-in secure.
Do not use Exosphere to break the law, to harm others, or to attack or overload the service.
Your family and your content
You keep ownership of your content. You give the operator permission to store and display it as needed to run the service for your family.
Family administrators decide who joins a family and can remove members and their content.
Apps and updates
The Android apps are provided as downloads and may require you to allow installs from the download source. We may update the apps and the service; some updates may be needed to keep working.
Availability
We aim for a reliable service but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot lose.
Liability
Exosphere is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.
Ending use
You can stop using Exosphere and ask for your data to be deleted at any time. The operator may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use Exosphere after a change means you accept the new version.
